How does it work?

The process involves the splitting of H2O into OH- and H+ ions which then attracts and neutralizes oppositely charged toxins. These toxins can include glyphosate and heavy metals.

Who should not use the Ion Foot Bath?

The Ion Foot bath is a gentle, non-invasive wellness treatment; however, certain health conditions may make it unsuitable for some individuals. Please consult with your healthcare practitioner before treatment if you have any concerns. Not recommended for those using a pacemaker (or a battery operated or electrical implant that cannot be turned off), are on heartbeat regulating medications and/or blood thinners, had an organ transplant, suffer from seizures, pregnant or nursing, or have an open foot wound.

How often can I do the Ion Foot Bath?

It varies depending on your age but 20 minute sessions can be done 2-3 times a week. 10 sessions are recommended but more may be needed. Then only maintenance is required.

How to prepare for my session?

Drink lots of water before your session and supplement with minerals to enhance the detoxification process. If you have low blood sugar, make sure you have eaten before your session.

What are some of the toxins that get removed from the body?

Mercury, aluminum, cadmium, lead, pesticides, herbicides, Candida, and endotoxins.

Does the colour of the water change with no feet in the tub?

Yes. This colour change is a result of the toxins and particles already in the water, any added salt and the array plate (made from stainless steel and copper). Approximately 70% of the colour comes from the user and 30% will occur with or without feet.

What to expect after a session?

Drink lots of water after your session and replenish your minerals. You might experience fatigue, headaches, anxiety and/or anger. The main detox benefit happens through the normal body's detox pathways up to 3 or 5 days after the cleanse.
